Kriya Online Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. General Terms

Kriya Online (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. These terms apply to all Kriya Online services, including the website, mobile app, and any other channels.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on Kriya Online, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• 2.1 Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• 2.2 To update the name, date of birth, or mobile number provided at registration, please contact our support team and submit the required documentation.
• 2.3 For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Completing KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal.
• 2.4 You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old when registering. Kriya Online may request proof of age at any time. Failure to verify your age will result in account suspension, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

• 3.1 Citizens of countries where gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Kriya Online.
• 3.2 Accounts created using a VPN or proxy from a restricted region will be permanently terminated.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on Kriya Online are transparent and secure. We support Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• 4.1 Minimum deposit is 100 BDT. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• 4.2 Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering requirement.
• 4.3 Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
• 4.4 Kriya Online reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• 4.5 At least one bet must be placed after a deposit before a withdrawal can be made — this policy exists to prevent payment gateway abuse.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kriya Online offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• 5.1 Welcome Bonus For new members only. Limited to one claim per person.
• 5.2 To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. Typically, you'll need to wager 5–30 times the bonus amount.
• 5.3 Maximum bet limits apply to wagers placed with bonus funds. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• 5.4 Using multiple accounts, the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 5.5 Kriya Online reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• 5.6 Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

Betting on Kriya Online is fair and transparent. All bet outcomes are determined by an independently verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

• 6.1 Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the cash-out option applies).
• 6.2 If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• 6.3 Bets confirmed before any odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• 6.4 If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kriya Online reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• 6.5 Maximum win limits are set individually for each game and market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kriya Online:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or identities.
• Use of stolen payment details or another person's bank account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Kriya Online may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• 8.1 Evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• 8.2 False information is found during KYC verification.
• 8.3 If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months), an inactivity fee may apply.
• 8.4 At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a breach of these terms, the balance may be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

Kriya Online takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every player to enjoy gaming in a healthy and controlled way.

• 9.1 You can set your deposit limit, bet limit, or session time at any point.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• 11.1 In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, Kriya Online's decision shall be considered final.

12. Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms are governed in accordance with the regulations of the international gaming licensing authority. That authority's jurisdiction will apply in the event of any legal dispute.

Kriya Online is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, server downtime, or technical issues. We are, however, always committed to resolving such issues as quickly as possible.
